What Is Seollyeohwa Meditation?
Seollyeohwa Meditation is a traditional Korean meditation of immortality that fills your entire body with light.
Through proper breathing and chanting the divine mantras, you can release the darkness in your body and fill your body with the light of the source.
Once your body is purified with light, you can receive the Radiant Flower of Immortality to heal yourself and your loved ones.
Why Do We Need Light?
The true nature of the universe and all of humanity is light.
We must fill ourselves with the light of the source to elevate our physical and spiritual well-being.
Just as we need food for our physical survival, we need light for our spiritual survival of the time of the great transition.
How Can We Fill Our Bodies With Light?
We can purify our energy vessels by doing the Om/Hoom breathing meditation.
Then, we receive and accumulate the light in our body by chanting the divine mantras, Taeeulju mantra, and Sicheonjuju Mantra.
